Joan Warner passed away from a long illness on Wednesday. Warner, who was originally from Staten Island, lived in Rockland County for the past nine years. She was born in 1920 and was 92 years old. Her daughter, Jill Warner is the CEO and president of Jawonio.
Joan Warner's wake will be held Friday, Dec. 21 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Hannemann Funeral Home at 88 South Broadway in Nyack. The funeral mass will take place on Saturday, Dec. 22 at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady Help of Christians Church at 7396 Amboy Road in Staten Island with burial to follow at Cemetery of the Resurrection at 361 Sharratt Ave in Staten Island.
