There have been many references to a "bloc vote" Could someone explain to me how  segregated communities like New Square and Kiryas Joel are allowed to exist? 50 years ago hundreds, if not thousands of people fought and died to eliminate segregated communities in our nation. I don't believe any other group would be allowed by law to establish such blatently segregationist communities.
