“Finding Samuel" Screening and Discussion. Nov. 26. 7 p.m. Watch a screening of the film "Finding Samuel," the story of a boy diagnosed with cerebral palsy. The film was shot over four years and chronicles the life of the boy and his family, including father Dan Habib, who created the award-winning documentary. Sarah Lawrence College, 1 Mead Way, Bronxville. FREE.

Nov. 24. 10 a.m. Catch Scarsdale Art Association artist Isabel Becker's exhibit "Seen Along the Way" at the Martucci Gallery at the Irvington Public Library before the show closes Nov. 29. Becker uses photographs, fabric and thread to create landscapes, flowers and everyday objects. 12 S Astor St, Irvington. FREE.

SCARSDALE ART ASSOCIATION SHOW. Nov. 24. 1 p.m. Head to the Leahey Gallery in the Girl Scout House to catch the fall show: "Food, Glorious Food." Members worked on pieces starting last July and works are made in oils, watercolors, graphics and sculpture. Scarsdale Girl Scouts, 31 Wayside Ln, Scarsdale. FREE.

Hanukkah Storytime and Book Fair at Barnes & Noble. Nov. 26. 4 p.m. Join Rabbi Abraham for a story hour focused on Hanukkah followed by activities. Ten percent of all purchases at the accompanying book fair go to support the Audrey Beth Lender Hebrew School and The Jewish Preschool of the Nyacks. 4416 Palisades Center Dr, West Nyack.
