It is nice to know that there are people in government that are willing to take the time to help solve your problems. Not too long ago, I called Senator Carlucci's office to seek his assistance to secure a Club Liquor License from the State Liquor Authority for my organization -- the Order Sons of Italy in America, Rockland Lodge 2176 located right here in Blauvelt.
It seems my approach wasn’t something that most people were familiar with so I couldn’t make any progress. Instead of possibly retaining an attorney that could have been costly, Senator Carlucci's office was attentive and got right down to business. In the end, we were able to get our license as a direct result of being put in touch with the Legal Department of the SLA. Our organization is truly grateful for his assistance.
