Rockland County Tourism invites all to come and participate in Shoplift Rockland week. Look for discount bus tickets from the Bronx and Yonkers.

Maybe It is time for CPD to start a task force against crimes committed in this mall, soon to be another mall as well. In one weekend thousands of dollars are lost in stolen merchandise and the use of fraudulent material like these checks, credit cards, and money. Wherever there is a mass amount of retail stores there will be criminals like these three. They are one of many crime rings. Crime rings are all over... Brooklyn, Bronx, Yonkers, spring valley, Danbury etc. retail set aside from citizens lose tens of thousands if not hundreds every year. Citizens lose not only money but there identity and with technology will come bigger theft of credit information and such. Retail stores do have security and loss prevention, but need to follow the specific P&Ps of the store they work within.
