Tanisha Joyner was arraigned last night in the Clarkstown Justice Court, police said. The 26-year-old Washington DC resident is charged with second-degree conspiracy to commit murder.

Joyner's bail was set at $500,000. She was transported to the Rockland County Jail. She is due back in court at 9:30 AM June 2.

Eltia Grant is scheduled to be arraigned in the Clarkstown Justice Court May 29. She faces the same conspiracy charge.

Diana Nadell and Andrea Benson are to be arraigned early next week. They each face second-degree murder charges as well as conspiracy charges.
