Clarkstown Police Charge Valhalla Man With Recording Sexual Encounter

Clarkstown Police arrested Andrew Maniglia, 56, of Valhalla and charged him with one felony count of unlawful surveillance. Maniglia allegedly recorded an intimate encounter with a female partner without her knowledge or consent. The incident reportedly occurred in July 2013. 

He was arrested on Thursday following a detective bureau investigation. He was arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court and bail was set at $1,000. Maniglia is due back in court on January 29, 2014.

Please get something better to do like apprehending the crooks responsible for all the break ins. Don't waste our tax dollars on this nonsense.

If this woman was your sister, or daughter, or niece, perhaps each of you would not be so callous to think arresting this man is a waste of tax dollars or pushing the intent of the law.
