A Garnerville man who was killed in a on Route 303 on Saturday hit the back of a car that was turning out of the Valley Cottage Library, according to .
Police are investigating whether speed was a factor in the death of Nathaniel Lopez, 25, of Garnerville. His motorcycle was heading northbound when it struck the back of a Volvo that had just left the library.
The crash took place about 4:30 p.m. and Lopez was declared dead at Nyack Hospital at 5:40 p.m.
Traffic in the area was affected throughout the evening Saturday as Clarkstown police investigated the accident. No one else was hurt in the incident.
