Garnerville Resident Arrested For DWI

Clarkstown police report Ryan Schneider was driving a car with two flat tires.

 

Clarkstown police report Ryan Schneider of Garnerville was stopped Sunday morning at 1:50 a.m. while driving a yellow Chevrolet with two flat tires on the passenger side. The 27-year-old was stopped on Route 304 and took field sobriety tests which he failed.  He was arrested and later refused to take a breathalyzer test at police headquarters. Schneider was held for arraignment in Clarkstown Justice Court and is due back in court on Dec. 5 on a misdemeanor DWI charge and refusal to take a breathalyzer test, a traffic infraction.
