Long Island Man Accused of Burglarizing Central Nyack ATM

Salvatore Maiolo, 63, of Long Beach, NY faces four felony charges: third-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny, second-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

He was arrested at 6:45 AM June 10 as a result of an investigation conducted by the Clarkstown Police Detective Bureau for the burglary of an ATM machine that occurred on Jan. 5 at the Key Bank in Central Nyack. 

The Clarkstown Crime Scene Unit collected forensic evidence from the scene that led to the arrest of Maiolo.

He was arraigned in Clarkstown Criminal Court and sent to the Rockland County Jail. He will appear in court today, June 13, police said.
