A New City man involved in an auto accident has been charged with drunken driving, according to Stony Point Police.
Jonathan R. Durning, 27, of 116 West Clarkstown Road, was arrested Monday after an accident in Stony Point. Police said an investigation found that Durning was intoxicated at the time.
Durning was released pending a Jan. 13, 2013, hearing in Stony Point Town Court.
