A New City man was charged with drunk driving early Friday after he was seen driving erractically on Route 59 in Nanuet, according to the .
Christopher Daqui, 21, was stopped about 1:44 a.m. by a Sheriff's officer on patrol in Nanuet. Police said Daqui appeared intoxicated and was arrested.
Daqui was taken to the Sheriff's headquarters in New City and later released pending a March 7 hearing on Clarkstown Town Court in New City on a charge of driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
