Clarkstown Police Department resport the body of Kevin Mann, 27, was found at 3 Central Avenue in Congers on Wednesday afternoon.
A medical emergency was reported by Mann's sister at approximately 2:35 p.m. When police arrived Mann was found unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene. The Rockland County Medical Examiner’s Office is performing toxicology tests which will not be completed for several weeks. Police report the cause of death is under investigation but does not appear to involve foul play.
