Queens Woman Charged with Prostitution at Spa in Bardonia

She's also cited for failing to obtain necessary licenses

A Queens woman working at a Bardonia spa was charged with prostitution after an investigation by detectives.

Hai Cui, 41, of Flushing, Queens, was arrested at Green Spa, 159 Route 304, Bardonia, after she offered to perform a sexual act during a massage session, according to police. She was charged with prostitution, a misdemeanor, and unauthorized practice of a profession, a felony, as well as failure to apply for a massage therapist license, a violation of town code.

Cui was released on $250 bail pending a July 30 hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.

Clarkstown Police have cited workers at spas and massage businesses with repeatedly over the past two years as they investigate complaints about prostitution. Locations have included New City and Central Nyack.
