Clarkstown Police report they arrested Andrew Vasquez, 22, of Stony Point on Wednesday and charged him with burglary 3rd degree, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor in connection with a burglary at the Palisades Center in West Nyack.
Sgt. Jo Anne Fratianni said the Hibachi Factory in the Palisades Center was burglarized after it was closed on June 30th. The police investigation led to Vasquez who allegedly entered the Hibachi Factory after midnight and stole approximately $300 cash from the office.
Vasquez was waiting to be arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court on Thursday.
