Andrew Vasquez, 22, of Stony Point was indicted by a Rockland County Grand Jury on Friday on burglary and petit larceny charges in connection with an alleged theft of money from the Hibachi Factory Restaurant in the Palisades Center.
District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe said on June 30 after midnight, the defendant entered the restaurant when it was closed, went into a back office and allegedly took approximately $300 off a desk. Vasquez was indicted on Burglary in the 3rd Degree and Petit Larceny charges. Clarkstown police arrested Vasquez on July 3.
