Clarkstown Police arrested Brooklyn residents Crystal Morrison and Carver Marshall, both 32 years old, on Saturday and charged them with criminal possession of stolen property worth approximately $4,000 taken from stores in the Palisades Center. Police charged Morrison and Marshall with criminal possession of stolen property 3rd degree, a felony, and petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property 5th degree, both misdemeanors.
Morrison and Marshall allegedly stole 18 fragrance items with a value of $792 from Hollister and two fragrances from Abercrombie and Fitch valued at $108. Sgt. Jo Anne Fratianni said further investigation led to the car the two drove to the mall. She said a search of their vehicle found 62 items valued at $3026.25 allegedly stolen from the mall’s Victoria’s Secret store.
Morrison and Marshall were arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court and sent to the Rockland County Correctional Facility without bail pending a Monday court date.
