Clarkstown Police arrested Brooklyn residents Crystal Morrison and Carver Marshall, both 32 years old, on Saturday and charged them with criminal possession of stolen property worth approximately $4,000 taken from stores in the Palisades Center.  Police charged Morrison and Marshall with criminal possession of stolen property 3rd degree, a felony, and petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property 5th  degree, both misdemeanors.
