Terrence McNair, 18, of Valley Cottage, is accused of sexual conduct with a girl who was less than 15 years old, Clarkstown police said.
The incident occurred at McNair’s residence sometime between October 2012 and June 2013, police said.
The Clarkstown Police Department Juvenile Aid Bureau arrested McNair after a 2-month investigation.

McNair was charged with second-degree criminal sexual act, a felony. He was arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court and sent to the Rockland County jail on $1,500 bail, police said.
He is due back in court March 3.

He was a St. Joseph’s and Nyack High School basketball standout, according to the Rockland Times.
