A Vermont man has been brought back to Rockland County to face prosecution on a charge that he violated the terms of his probation, according to the Rockland County Sheriff's Department.
Dylan R. Owens, 26, of Brandon, VT, was arrested in Rutland, VT, on Aug. 1, on a Rockland County Court warrant. Owens, police said, is accused of violating probation in connection with a previous charge of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.
He was returned to Rockland to face a County Court hearing in New City.
