In an effort to increase dialogue between state government and the rapidly growing senior population in the Hudson Valley, Senator David Carlucci (D-Rockland/Orange) will be hosting the first meeting of his newly established Seniors Advisory Committee. The volunteer-led panel is designed to discuss and offer solutions to the important local and statewide issues facing seniors in Rockland and Orange counties.
The event is scheduled to be held Thursday, April 5th from 10:00 am to noon, located in the Community Center at the Congers Lake Memorial Park, 6 Gilchrest Road, Congers.
