Police Blotter: Sheriff's Department Makes Arrests on Warrants

Charges stem from County Court, Family Court warrants in Rockland.

The Rockland County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests based on warrants from courts in Rockland.

- Bryant Cambrelan, 47, of Queens, was arrested in the Bronx on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He was ordered held in the Rockland County Correctional Facility in New City pending a Rockland County Court hearing.

- Maximiliano Germosen, 36, of Haverstraw, was arrested in New City on a Rockland County Family Court warrant charging him with violating a court order. He is accused of owing $19,581 to a private party and $1,661.47 to the Rockland County Department of Social Service. He brought to Family Court in New City and later released pending a Feb. 11 hearing.

- Stephen Mahoney, 44, of Kingston, NY, was arrested in Kingston on a Rockland County Family Court warrant charging him with violating a court order. He is accused of owing $15,498.17 to a private party. He was arraigned in Family Court and ordered held in the county jail on $7,500 bail pending a hearing.

- Vilma Irons, 50, of Park Ridge, NJ, was arrested in New City on a Rockland County Family Court warrant charging a violation of a court order. Irons is accued of owing $7,533.45 to a private party. Irons appeared in Family Court and was released pending a Feb. 25 hearing.

- Joan Sanchez-Perez, 31, of Haverstraw, was arrested Jan. 19 in the Bronx on a Rockland County Court warrant charging third-degree robbery. Sanchez-Perez was ordered held in the county jail pending a County Court hearing.

- Ernest Brownlee, 52, of Nyack, was arrested in New City on Jan. 23 on a Rockland County Family Court warrant charging him with violating a court order. Brownlee is accused of owing $3,110.85 to a private party and $27,865.17 to the Rockland County Department of Social Services. He was released pending a March 11 hearing.

- Ricky Hartfield, 32, of Port Jervis, NY, was arrested Jan. 21 in Port Jervis on a Rockland County Family Court warrant charging him with violating a court order. Hartfield is accused of owing a private party $8,683.68 and was ordered held in the county jail on $3,000 bail pending a court hearing.

- Rahmel Nash, 21, of Spring Valley, was arrested in Clarkstown on a Rockland County Court warrant charging him with probation violation on a charge of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was ordered held in the county jail pending a County Court hearing.

- Jimmy Jean-Louis, 34, of Middletown, NY, was arrested in Middletown on a Rockland County Family Court warrant charging him with violating a court order. He is accused of owing a private party $1,702.10 and $1,053.50 to the Rockland County Department of Social Services. He was later released pending a Family Court hearing.

- Erica M. Lawson, 34, of Spring Valley, was arrested in Clarkstown on a Rockland County Court warrant charging a violation of probation in connection with charges of petty larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Lawson was arraigned in Clarkstown Town Court and released pending a hearing.
