Construction company trucks, temporary orange fencing, marked areas and construction materials are once again familiar sights along South Main Street. The current phase of work involves replacing the gas line between Route 304 and Third Street. The work, which began Monday, is expected to last about 10 days.
Businesses will remain open and accessible during the gas line replacement work. The following stage of work on will deal with drainage. Other aspects of the revitalization include road repaving, new sidewalks, light poles and benches.
