The Rockland Community Foundation is pleased to announce that both the Rockland Farm Alliance and Hi Tor Animal Care Center Inc. have each received a $1,000 grant from the Foundation's Active Cares Fund.
The Active Cares Fund is a rolling grant fund under the umbrella of the Rockland Community Foundation that seeks to serve the needs of the community across a range of charitable causes.
