When is the right time to buy or sell? This is a question that is often asked. There are many variables to answer this question. One variable being interest rates. The interest rates are still at an all time low averaging 4.65%. As the interest rates rise, the purchasing power of a buyer decreases. This effects the seller as well, because your buyer pool will shrink. The market is on an upswing and so is the interest rates. NOW really is the time to buy and sell.
The inventory is at a 13 year low. There are not enough homes for buyers to chose from. List now before the "spring market" approaches. Once the inventory starts to double and triple, that will drive your price down and you will have more competition.
