Beverly Hills Has Nothing on Rockland County

Local Partnerships can accomplish big goals in Rockland County.

Three Rockland County Realtors, Noemi Morales, Stephanie Ferrante Hirsch and Carmen Di Biase, have joined forces to host a Beverly Hills Movie Star style home tour in the foothills of the Ramapo Mountains in Rockland County.

Complete with refreshments and photo ready cut outs of famous stars; Cher, Elvis and Marilyn Monroe, the public is invited to be their guests for a tour of three outstanding homes for sale during a special cooperative open house event.

This event takes place Sunday, July 21, 2013 from 1pm to 4pm at Kakiat Farms in Suffern.

What is unique about this open house event is that each participating Realtor is associated with a different brokerage; Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams and Weichert. The Realtors decided that the interests of their respective clients would be best served if they worked in unison rather than in competition. The homes are all located on Cutler Court, off Route 202 in Suffern.

“It’s important to work with your colleagues for the betterment of your clients,” expressed Stephanie Ferrante Hirsch, who is a Broker with Keller Williams Hudson Valley Realty.

There will be an old fashioned lemonade stand set up on the block and special maps handed out to each participant containing “doodle” portraits of each home and of the three Realtors,  carefully crafted by local artist Corinne Louie who is a self-described “professional doodler, artsy fartsy web designer, sketch note artist, singer, musician and dancer.”

“I thought why not put our ideas and creativity together and collaborate on this really special open house,” said Noemi Morales a Broker with Coldwell Banker.

“Each home has its own distinctive character.  The first exudes the romantic elegance of an English Manor with a master suite on the first floor.  The second evokes memories of the shore with its casual elegance and backyard oasis.  The third includes a separate in-law, guest or office suite enhancing its stately elegance with multi-generation accommodations.  Three homes, three styles, three price points” says Carmen Di Biase, of Weichert, Realtors.

“Paparazzi” will also be on hand that day to capture the stars, the guests and this collaborative one-of-a-kind event in Rockland County.
