The Clarkstown North High School wrestling team lost to Nanuet High School on Thursday by a score of 16.0 to 62.0. Colby Kash (145 lbs.) continued his winning streak with a pin over Jonathon Spiegel in 3:41. Brian Hong (106 lbs.) won by major decision 8-0 over Dylan Mateo of Nanuet. Justin Hong (113 lbs.) won by forfeit.
Five Nanuet wrestlers won their matches by forfeit. Dan Breit of Nanuet (220 lbs.) pinned Wes Sippel in 0:43, Anthony Calvano (132 lbs.) pinned Andrew Seid in 4:50, and Jazz Saraguro (152 lbs.) pinned Josh Rein of North in 1:32. The following Nanuet wrestlers won by decision: Eric Boyle (120 lbs.) over Louis DeLuccia 10-4; Joe Dillon (126 lbs.) over Mike Seligson 4-2; Alex Johns (160 lbs.) over David Crispino 9-4. Nanuet’s Matt Dillon (138 lbs.) won by tech fall over Joe Alexander 18-3.
