No RCC Classes Thursday Evening Because Of Water Main Break

Rockland Community College cancelled classes and activities for the rest of Thursday. A decision about Friday's classes will be released at 5:30 a.m.

 

Rockland Community College (RCC) cancelled all Thursday classes and activities at the Suffern campus. A decision about Friday’s classes will be announced at 5:30 a.m. RCC cancelled Thursday evening classes because of a that is still under repair. 

Rockland Community College officials have not made a decision about the resumption of classes. Students and employees are directed to check the website or call the Emergency Closing hotline at 845-574-4034 after 5:30 a.m. on Friday.

The water main break caused the cancellation of classes throughout Thursday morning and afternoon. No damage was reported as a result of the break. Only the RCC campus was reported to be affected by the water main break
