The Rockland Jewish Academy hosted its "Chanukat Habayit," or dedication ceremony Friday morning at the Rockland JCC in West Nyack. The and houses 65 students in Pre K through fifth grade. The ceremony featured guest speakers and prayer, as well as the placing of the mezuzahs on classroom doors and dancing with the Torahs, which were later placed in the school's ark.
