[PHOTO GALLERY] Little League Players Show Off Their Skills at ARC Tournament in New City

Competition puts their running, throwing, hitting abilities to the test.

As teams from throughout Rockland County compete in the popular hosted by , the players get a break from the games to show off their abilities in the annual Skills Competition that is part of the fundraising tournament.

Players showed off their hitting, running and throwing abilities in the competition at Zukor Park in New City.

Games are scheduled to continue in the tournament this evening at 5:30 p.m., 5:45 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. at Zukor Park.

Funds raised by the tournament go to ARC of Rockland. Local businesses are sponsoring the tournament, members of Rockland ASA Umpires are donating their time to officiate games, and a 50-50 raffle is held at the games.
