Local Performers Ready to Take the Stage

As part of the festivities leading up to our spectacular tree lighting ceremony, which begins at 6 p.m., visitors at The Shops at Nanuet Winter Festival are sure to enjoy musical performances by two local artists, the Lower Hudson Valley Youth Chorus and  The Temple Dudes.

The Lower Hudson Valley Youth Chorus is comprised of dozens of youth from the ages of 6-18 whose song selection ranges from The Beatles, Broadway Shows, pop music and a variety of popular choral arrangements.

The Temple Dudes perform a wide range of classic rock and folk. This four member band has developed a strong loyal following from its frequent performances at local temple gatherings, fundraisers and other venues.

Immediately following those acts, Columbia Records Recording Artist Judith Hill, featured in the major motion picture “20 Feet from Stardom” and finalist from The Voice will wow the crowd with her amazing vocal talent.  Then, the evening will culminate with our spectacular tree lighting ceremony that will fill the night sky with more than 37,000 twinkling lights on a replica 30-foot tall pine.
