An Eagle Scout Court of Honor on Tuesday celebrated the efforts of Sean Flynn of Boy Scout Troop 33 in reaching the rank of Eagle Scout.
His troop is chartered by Lodge 2041 Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks in Nanuet. To complete his efforts to earn scouting's highest rank, Flynn did a project that included building a paddock for a mini horse called Chipmunk at the Children of Promise Stable — a.k.a. "COPS Barn" — in Nanuet. This non-profit organization helps children with disabilities through equestrian therapy.
