<p>Clarkstown Town Attorney's Office advises the Town Board on all legal issues affecting government. The office also defends and prosecutes lawsuits involving the Town. The Town Attorney's Office provides legal representation at all meetings of boards and commissions. This office also prosecutes Town Code and zoning violations, drafts local laws and contracts and advises on public works projects, personnel,  and collective bargaining matters.</p> <p>The town's legal staff includes:</p> <p>Marsha F.
