Ill always do my best to spend in small businesses as well as chains that contribute to ourRead More community! When I do I make an effort to tell them why i choose to spend with them so they have an awareness of the benefits they get by helping our community. I think it goes a long way, and might be something they consider the next time they have an opportunity to help a local effort. Don't be shy about saying "thank you!" :)

"Rockland County Legislature member Ed Day, R-New City" ... maybe someone needs to let theRead More "Patch Team" know Ed has been County Executive since January. As for the Coupon Queen, obviously she has mastered coupon clipping and put it to some wonderful uses. I'm always impressed by people who have the patience to really make the coupon system work for them, and she apparently has taken it a step further to help some charities do good work.
