She joined the district in July 2006 as its fifth superintendent of schools. Since coming to Clarkstown, Dr. Keller-Cogan has created a Department of Instruction and Professional Development to provide growth opportunities for teachers and all employees and created the Community Learning Center to provide educational opportunities to learners of all ages.</p> <p>Keller-Cogan has established the Clarkstown Education Foundation, a non-profit organization created to fund innovative education programming to enhance existing opportunities for Clarkstown students. </p>
