Jeanne Shields is a married mother of 2 living in Stony Point, NY.  Having spent many years managing a real estate branch office, she left her career behind in order to care for her 8 yr old daughter who received a life saving heart transplant in 2009.   Since the days of the surgery, Jeanne and her daughter Lauren have done numerous speaking engagements on behalf of the New York Organ Donor Network.   In addition, they have done a great deal of lobbying in the New York State Senate for Lauren’s Law, which was named after her daughter as a tribute to her bravery.  The Shields family has vowed to pay forward for all the good that was given to them by helping others in any way they can. 

Jeanne is a licensed Broker Associate with Better Homes & Gardens Rand Realty in Nanuet.  Additionally, Jeanne assists Helen Hayes Hospital with their fund raising efforts and serves on the Family Advisory Council at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.
