Paul Adler is a veteran commercial real estate & creative development professional for the last three decades. As VP of Rand Commercial Services, Paul utilizies his incomparable knowledge & expertise as the ultimate go-to resource for his clients, community leaders and his colleagues alike.

Rand Commercial Services is the hands-down authority on the Hudson Valley, NYC and Northern NJ commercial markets. RCS has a specialized knowledge of current market conditions, inventory, zoning & planning, development & the entitlement approval process.

Paul is active in the region with charitable, civic and professional organizations.  He serves on on the Board of Directors of:  Rockland Community Foundation, Holocaust Museum, Rockland Symphony Orchestra, NAACP, Jewish Family Services and State of Israel Bonds to name a few.

Paul Adler was named "2011 Philanthropist of the Year" in Rockland, and will be be receiving the Pinnacle Award from the Rockland Bussiness Association in May 2012. 

Paul is married to Mary and they have 5 children.
