Clarkstown North Sweeps Pearl River, 7-0

Rams dominate out-of-league match.

Clarkstown North swept Pearl River in their tennis match Tuesday afternoon.

While they only needed four wins in this out-of-league match, they succeeded in a decisive victory, winning the day 7-0.  Though surely a feat to be proud of, such an outcome was not entirely unanticipated.

Clarkstown North participates in a league with a much higher level of competition than that of Pearl River.  Since the two schools are in two different leagues, this match did not have a bearing on their standings.  Rather it provided the athletes  the opportunity to practice and enjoy themselves while competing in a more formal setting.  Despite this mismatch, both teams played hard and skillful matches.
