Rockland County Legislator Frank Sparaco (R-Valley Cottage) plans to release tapes of alleged bribery and threat attempts at a Monday morning media conference. According to a press release, Sparaco, also an employee with the Town of Clarkstown Highway Department, wore an undercover wire and recorded audio and video of the purported corruption scheme. The tapes already given to the FBI reportedly expose political corruption and implicate elected and party officials.
